Ram Temple Trust General Secretary and Member Resign 

Ayodhya: Amid the controversy over the alleged embezzlement of Ram Temple donations, Ram Temple Trust General Secretary Champat Rai and trust member Anil Mishra have submitted their resignations.

The Trust said it will decide on their resignations at its next meeting and promised a fair investigation into the case. It also clarified that all donated jewellery, silver bricks and valuables are safe, while the alleged cash embezzlement is being investigated by a Special Investigation Team (SIT).

So far, eight people have been arrested on charges of embezzlement, fraud and criminal conspiracy. The issue has sparked political reactions, with opposition parties demanding strict action against those responsible.
